There are things that people do that can be annoying and irritating to me…but are none of my business. 

And before you chop my head off, yes, I know there’s nothing I can do about it but come on…

Take for example someone who talks over food? Why ukhulumela ukudla umdala? And worse, why are you talking with food in your mouth? Just chew and swallow…I promise you, whatever you want to say will still have the same weight even 15 seconds later. 

Then there are people who pass comments unnecessarily over sensitive things. Yes, my acne is not clearing up…yes, I am putting on the weight. First off, there is certain things you don’t comment on or about. And on top of that why are you saying it in front of Jane and Jack to hear and share their two cents as well?

People who ask for everything…I don’t know but why are you always asking for something. Now we can’t take out our things in peace because YOU.ASK.FOR.EVERYTHING.WENA. That time we don’t vibe like that! Why should I at my big age be uncomfortable to take my chocolate out my bag cause you will ask for it. I probably shouldn’t have a problem with this but also it’s not everything I want to give you. 

The other thing that annoys me (and I think I actually have business being annoyed with it) is someone advertising whatever they’re selling and they don’t put the price! Hayi Bo? sokumele sitshaye amathambo to get the price? Ufuna Senzeni? Even more irritating when they say…”DM for price.” Haaa weeeh mah! Miss me. 

Strangers who text ‘hi’ and don’t get straight to the point? What’s wrong with greeting and stating your issue ka1? Let’s save both our times. And the same strangers be wanting to have small talk…ahhh guys. Why are you even talking to me?? Why are you torturing me?? Why me vele?

Of course, none of these things are actual crimes. everyone has their own little list of completely harmless things that secretly annoy them. It’s irrational. It’s unnecessary. It’s none of our business.

But if we’re being honest…

Some of you are making it very difficult for the rest of us.
